EFFECTIVE DATE

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by The Belicoso Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

The Belicoso Group is a management consulting company providing business management consulting, administrative systems consulting, operational compliance consulting, strategic planning services, process design and optimization, financial oversight consulting, human resources advisory, and brand and systems stewardship services. The scope of services for each engagement shall be defined through a proposal, agreement, invoice, statement of work, or other written communication between the Company and the client.

PRICING

Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, duration, and specific requirements of each engagement. Fees may be structured on a per-project basis, hourly basis, monthly retainer, or through a customized consulting arrangement. All pricing will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of services.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms may include payment upon invoice, milestone-based billing, recurring retainers, or other mutually agreed payment structures. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance.

LATE PAYMENTS

Outstanding balances not paid by the due date may incur late fees, interest charges, or collection costs as permitted under applicable law. The Belicoso Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until overdue balances have been paid in full.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Consulting and management services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds or credits, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Belicoso Group. Fees associated with completed work, delivered materials, or services already rendered are non-refundable.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to provide timely information, approvals, documentation, and access necessary for the successful completion of services. Delays resulting from a client's failure to provide requested information may impact project timelines and deliverables.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, The Belicoso Group retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, systems, templates, processes, frameworks, and intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, confidential, and non-public information exchanged during the course of an engagement. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER

The Belicoso Group provides advisory and consulting services intended to support business decision-making and operational management. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, operational efficiencies, business growth, or other results. Clients remain responsible for all decisions made and actions taken based on the information and recommendations provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Belicoso Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an engagement pursuant to the terms of any applicable service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred prior to termination.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Belicoso Group is organized and conducts business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
